Office staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Shnayder’s assistant was very comforting and easy going. Dr. Shnayder’s relaxed and calm demeanor helped me to relax and the surgery was painless. I have had no complications at all. He even gave me a follow-up call to see how I was doing.

Overall a very good experience. Staff was friendly yet professional at the same time. Nice facility, TV’s, coffee and drinks available. A plus. Also, Dr. Shnayder called our home to check on Samantha after her surgery. That shows a Dr. who cares about his patients on a personal level. I was very impressed with that. I had an amzing experience at Village Pointe Oral Surgery. The doctor and staff were all very friendly. They encouraged me to ask questions and voice my concerns but that wasn’t necessary because they made sure to go over every detail-from important to the ones you wouldn’t even think to ask.
